Halcyon are working closely with a dynamic and innovative client based in the Gloucestershire area, that are looking for an Area Operations Manager to join their team. They are looking for a strategic leader that can comfortably oversee the range of services they offer, which in include specialist Domiciliary care, supported living, mental health services, and as well as care for adults with both physical and learning disabilities. You will be joining this organisation at an exciting time as they are growing throughout the South west region and are extending their portfolio of specialist care services. You are expected to have experience in multi-site management, as well as the ability to offer support and guidance to the management team and operate as a leading element in the journey to improve and grow their services. In return for your hard work and full commitment to this role, you will be offered a salary of between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on your experience. You will be working alongside a talented team and a Director that aspires to obtain "Outstanding" in the near future for multiple services.
