Golf Travel Associate

We are looking to hire immediately.

An exciting opportunity for someone passionate about golf to join a fast-growing travel business.

Responsibilities

We\’re a small team and require an individual who can adapt to support the business in different ways throughout the year. The golf season (April-September) is the busiest time of year for us taking bookings for the following summer and also fulfilling golf trips, so during this period your time will be needed to respond to new enquiries and ensure our customers are taken care of. The winter is generally quieter and this is when we expect you to take holiday.

1. Contacting customers with customised sales messages / phone calls
2. Booking tee times / hotels / transport
3. Managing payments with suppliers and from customers
4. Keeping our CRM up to date with customer and supplier info (monday.com)
5. Sending pre-trip communications to our clients and ensuring they are ready for their golf trip
6. Sending post-trip communications to our clients to encourage reviews, rebooking and referrals
7. Occasional hosting duties (depending on your experience). This entails travelling with our customers and enhancing the customer experience by providing a concierge / entertainment service.
8. Attending FAM trips to bolster your knowledge of golf destinations in the UK&I.

Qualifications / Skills Required

1. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
2. A solid understanding of golf courses and popular golf towns in the UK & Ireland (not essential)
