Job Description:
As a Supplier Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with hotel partners and suppliers within a specific country or area, working closely with the Regional Manager and Country Manager to ensure the successful onboarding and management of properties. You will help drive supplier engagement and work towards increasing property availability and performance on Halalbooking.com.
This role involves working collaboratively with other departments, including Product, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Engineering, to ensure smooth property operations. You will provide suppliers with the necessary support and insights to optimise their performance on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners within your assigned area.
- Identify and onboard new properties, working towards increasing inventory in your region.
- Assist in supporting hotel suppliers with training, advice, and guidance to improve their availability and performance on the platform.
- Work with the Account Manager to analyse account performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Product and Connectivity teams, to ensure seamless property integrations and updates.
- Support supplier account reviews, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in resolving supplier-related issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics for your assigned area.
Job requirements:
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and use data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with hotel inventory management and distribution channels is a plus.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional language skills (e.g., Turkish, Arabic) are an advantage.
