The Halal Monitoring Committee is seeking a role to ensure Halal certified Slaughtering, Cutting & Processing Plants comply with standards. The successful candidate will audit processes within academic institutions and production facilities and approve and certify products.
This is a 24 hours per week contract paid at UK minimum wage, with travel mileage reimbursed at 30 pence per mile after the first 6 miles, and a six-month probationary evaluation period.
