We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join one of Domino’s Pizza’s largest franchise operators which has been trading for over 30 years. In this role you will be overseeing our stores across Bournemouth and Swansea, and supporting Area Managers to deliver outstanding results.
About the Role
As Regional Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll lead through others – coaching and developing Area Managers to deliver operational excellence, brand consistency, and strong commercial performance. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders to implement business strategies, manage growth projects, and ensure every store meets the high standards our customers expect. Please note this role is Field Based (covering the Bournemouth & Swansea area) 40 hours per week (flexibility required).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve performance excellence.
- Drive compliance with franchisor standards (OER/OSA) and ensure operational consistency.
- Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve sales, service, and profitability.
- Oversee store openings, refurbishments, and regional growth initiatives.
- Act as first point of contact for major operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and HR compliance within your region.
- Represent the Domino’s brand with pride, driving customer satisfaction and local marketing initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially driven, people-focused leader with a proven track record in multi-site management, ideally within the QSR, hospitality, or retail sector. You’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing multi-site operations within the QSR sector.
- Strong leadership and succession planning experience.
- Solid knowledge of financial management, stock control, and compliance.
- The ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action.
- Confidence in managing high-pressure situations with resilience and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary & Benefits
- £60,000 – £62,000 depending on experience
