About Haku Labs
Haku AI is an all‑in‑one prospecting platform designed to help sales teams spend more time selling and less time on manual research and list building. In 18 months, Haku went from incorporation to profitability and raised huge amounts in investment. Most companies take years to reach one of those milestones. We hit all three. The groundwork is laid. What comes next is scale, and that is where you come in.
We are building a sales team of focused, disciplined people with a winning mindset to help take Haku to the moon. You won't be joining a company that is still working out whether it has a product people want. You'll be joining one that has proven it, and now needs people to take it to far more customers, fast.
What you'll do
- As a BDR, you are the front line of Haku's growth.
- You'll open conversations with new prospects and turn them into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Prospect into target accounts through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Book qualified meetings and hand them over cleanly to the closing team.
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for activity, meetings booked and pipeline created.
- Keep the CRM accurate so the whole team can see what's working.
- Feed back what you hear from the market to sales, product and marketing.
- Test new messaging and approaches, and share what wins with the team.
Who we're looking for
- We care more about who you are than what's on your CV.
- Maturity and hard work will take you further here than any job title.
- Hard working. You put in the work when nobody is watching, and you do it consistently, not just on good days.
- Maturity. You own your results, take feedback without ego and act like a professional from day one.
- Resilience. You hear "no" many times a day and it doesn't knock you off course. Rejection makes you sharper, not quieter.
- Focus on the mission. You understand that every call and every email moves the company forward, and you stay locked in on that.
- Hunger to grow. You genuinely want fast career progression and you're prepared to earn it.
- A winning mindset. You like targets, you like leaderboards and you like being at the top of them.
Experience
- 6–12 months in a sales or recruitment role, ideally with outbound targets.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you've never met.
- Clear, confident communication, written and spoken.
What you'll get
- £32,000 base, £10k - £15k OTE.
- Equity options. A real stake in the company you're helping to build.
- Fast career growth. Hit your numbers and progression follows. As the team scales, so do the opportunities.
- Hybrid working in London. Time in the office with the team, flexibility around it.
- A cohort to grow with. You'll start in January alongside 1–3 other BDRs, learning and competing together.
- Proven ground to build on. A profitable, funded company with momentum behind it.
