Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an enthusiastic, positive and guest-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with management and service teams.
- Manage the coat check desk, maintaining organisation, security and a welcoming environment.
- Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and digitally with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the reception and entrance areas.
- Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining brand service standards.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all health, safety and compliance procedures relevant to the role.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Host role within a fast-paced hospitality environment; luxury venue experience is advantageous.
- Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a naturally friendly and welcoming approach.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Positive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
