Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed restaurants Hakkasan and Yauatcha, are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to support the delivery of key marketing initiatives across our London portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on execution and delivery, suited to a marketing professional who can quickly embed into the business, bring structure and pace, and support the rollout of campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive commercial performance. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders and existing teams to deliver activity aligned with wider brand and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of the seasonal activation calendar, ensuring campaigns are well planned, clearly briefed, and executed in line with business priorities, with advance planning and alignment in place.
  • Work closely with General Managers and Operations teams to ensure all activity is aligned and delivered seamlessly in-venue.
  • Deliver targeted local marketing activity across key areas including Soho, Mayfair and the City, including building relationships within local business, concierge and hospitality networks to drive visibility and repeat business.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners (including PR and social), ensuring briefs are clear and timelines are met.
  • Provide strong organisational and project support across the marketing function, helping to drive consistency and efficiency in campaign delivery.
  • Maintain forward planning of campaigns, ensuring collateral, approvals and timelines are managed effectively.
  • Support marketing administration, including budget tracking, supplier setup and invoice management, ensuring accurate and timely processes.
  • Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives as required, responding to business needs with pace and flexibility.

  • Experience in a marketing role within hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role, with the ability to quickly embed and make an immediate impact.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports guest engagement and revenue.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
