Hakkasan Group, home to internationally acclaimed restaurants including Hakkasan and Yauatcha, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to join our event sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, converting enquiries, and delivering seamless, high-quality events. Working closely with the Head of Event Sales and restaurant management teams, you’ll play a key role in growing private dining, group bookings and bespoke experiences across our portfolio.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day event and group dining enquiries from first contact through to delivery and follow-up.
  • Proactively drive new business through corporate outreach, agencies, local businesses and concierge networks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare proposals, function sheets and reporting, ensuring all details are captured accurately and on time.
  • Support the wider sales strategy and contribute to campaigns and seasonal initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in event or group sales within a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality environment.
  • Confident converting enquiries and managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • A natural relationship-builder with an active network across London’s corporate and hospitality scene.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
  • Passionate about food, service and creating memorable guest moments.
