Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an enthusiastic, positive and guest-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing your skills within a world-class, globally recognised brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and digitally with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the reception and entrance areas.
- Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining brand service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Host role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
