Hakkasan Mayfair, part of the internationally renowned Hakkasan Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. We're looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment, and knows how to bring the very best out of both people and service. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operation, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
  • Be a visible and inspiring leader on the floor, setting the standard for service excellence and team performance.
  • Build lasting guest relationships, anticipating needs and resolving feedback with confidence and professionalism.
  • Take ownership of service planning, including floor layouts, team deployment and operational readiness for each shift.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling, effective handovers and operational compliance.
  • Coach, mentor and develop front-of-house team members and junior managers, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training, helping to build and retain a high-performing team.
  • Drive operational efficiency through effective stock control, cost management and continuous improvement.
  • Use operational and sales performance data to identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, licensing requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the reception, kitchen and wider management teams to deliver a consistently smooth and efficient service.
  • Support business initiatives, promotions and guest engagement activities that enhance the overall dining experience.
