About the Role

We’re seeking a Website Design Manager covering maternity leave to lead the design, build, and delivery of practice websites during a period of maternity cover. This is a hands-on, hybrid role blending digital design expertise with operational leadership. You’ll oversee the Webflow migration programme, manage day-to-day digital requests, uphold high standards, and ensure the Digital Design Team runs efficiently and confidently. You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider Growth Team — Creative, Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Practice Operations — to deliver polished, scalable websites across our 500+ practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the migration of practice websites to Webflow Enterprise, ensuring consistency, UX, accessibility, and brand standards.
  • Oversee delivery of new sites, troubleshoot front-end issues, and maintain high aesthetic quality.
  • Own QA processes, identifying and resolving UX, design, or technical issues early.
  • Manage the Digital Team workflow, triaging requests, prioritising tasks, and improving processes.
  • Coach and support the team, providing clarity, guidance, and best-practice advice.
  • Collaborate with Growth colleagues, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a creative, operationally-minded digital leader with strong experience in website design, front-end delivery, or digital product management. You are highly organised, confident in CMS platforms (preferably Webflow), and experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines at pace.

You’ll also have:

  • A keen eye for detail and UX consistency.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a design team.
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • A calm, supportive, and proactive approach to leadership.
