About the Role

Join us in delivering outstanding patient care as a pre-reg Optometrist. You’ll be an integral part of our team here and will help us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate. You’re someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. We’ll encourage you to develop and grow your skills, providing you with the time and support to excel in your Pre-Reg year.

Useful information:

  • Working days are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, and alternate Saturday 9:00 – 13:00 (with one less weekday on that week)
  • We are a team of 8
  • Equipment includes Optomap and OCT
  • We are involved in several monitoring pathways with the Hospital Eye Service
  • One of our residents is involved in Specialist contact lens fitting, so plenty of opportunities to learn from the team!
