About the Role:As our Optical Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the practice – the first person patients see or speak to when they get in touch. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and caring patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, professional manner

Booking and managing appointments via our digital system

Answering phone and email enquiries efficiently

Taking payments and handling till operations

Keeping reception tidy, stocked, and patient-friendly

Updating and maintaining patient records

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
