You’ll help maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area, ensuring every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. Above all, you’ll bring a friendly, caring attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy interacting with people and being part of a team that values both its staff and patients, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent customer service, building trust with patients, and being part of a supportive team. You’ll have the time, tools, and encouragement to do your job to a high standard, without feeling rushed or pressured. Collaboration is central to how we work, and your role will be essential in keeping everything running smoothly.

Additional Information:

  • This role is ideal for someone with previous receptionist/administration experience
