As our new Dispensing Optician, this will provide you with the freedom, choice, and continuity of care needed to ensure your patients leave with the perfect solution every time.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.You\’ll primarily be based in our Thame location with free street parking nearby and a truly loyal base of patients and staff who make every day enjoyable and rewarding.As a Dispensing Optician here, you’ll be an integral part of our close-knit team, helping to drive our service forward and always looking for ways to improve and innovate.You\’ll also have a real say in frame buying decisions, working with a carefully curated range of frames, including Lindberg and Tom Davies.We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to putting patients first, getting to the heart of their visual needs, and providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service every time.This role is ideal for someone who understands that Dispensing Opticians are the masters of all things spectacles. Your expertise in frames and lenses (including myopia management) will be your focus, with minimal contact lens work involved.Ultimately, you’ll be an ambassador for both our brand and the wider profession within the local community, helping us champion the value of independent eyecare wherever you go.Additional Information:

• Our frame selection includes a variety of frames, including Lindberg and Tom Davis
• We offer 50-minute testing times, with dedicated timeof 40 minsbooked with the DO afterwards
• You will have an input in frame buying
• The role requires you to work 2in 4 Saturdaysa month
• Free street parking
• All dispensing completed by our team of 8 Dispensing Opticians
