As the Buying Assistant, you support the Buying Team in delivering second-to-none customer service to our internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Buying Team with implementing our product ranges, services, and pricing.
- Manage and refresh spreadsheets that capture the details of our commercial terms and investment projects.
- Stay organised and keep the team aware of upcoming deadlines and changes.
- Inputting account number updates for new practices with our supply partners to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
- Manage our dedicated department inboxes and support our customers by answering the queries that come in.
- Supporting the buying team to be effective and efficient in their day-to-day queries and tasks.
- Active participation in diverse project initiatives.
