Manager/ Vice President – IT Infrastructure

As a senior IT Infrastructure professional, this role involves maintaining, configuring, and reliably supporting systems, servers, and virtualization farms within a large-scale enterprise network. You will ensure that infrastructure aligns with enterprise standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and perform timely remedial actions to minimize impact.
• Apply security patches and handle OS end‑of‑life upgrades.
• Document infrastructure procedures and generate relevant reports.
• Implement company protection and backup strategy for servers.
• Assist various projects and ensure they meet requirements.
• Support the Enterprise Automation Project and Container Platform Project.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably within financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat or Ubuntu and Linux best practices.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting and Python.
• Experience in system performance monitoring and tuning.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong commitment, result‑orientation, and teamwork skills.
