Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are currently looking to recruit three experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join our growing team based in LE18.
We are looking for
- 2 x Air Conditioning Installation Engineers with 4-5+ years' industry experience.
- 1 x Senior Air Conditioning Engineer with 6-8+ years' experience, who is also confident carrying out servicing and maintenance work when required.
The Role As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of air conditioning systems across commercial and domestic sites.
The successful candidates will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
The senior engineer will also support the service and maintenance team when required.
Key Responsibilities for an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Installation of split, multi-split, VRV and VRF air conditioning systems.
Commissioning newly installed equipment.
Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
Ensuring all work complies with current industry regulations and company standards.
Completing all relevant job documentation.
Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment. (Senior Engineer) Carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault finding as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience installing air conditioning systems.
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to travel to the LE18 office each morning. Working Hours
- 9-hour working days. Travel
- Engineers are required to make their own way to the LE18 office each morning before collecting a fully equipped company van.
- 99% of work is within a 30-minute drive of the office, meaning very little long-distance travel.

- £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
