We're currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established and growing fire & security business covering South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is confident carrying out a mixture of installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning of fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites.
The Role
- Installation of fire alarm systems.
- Routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair work.
- Commissioning of new fire alarm systems.
- Completing all relevant paperwork electronically.
- Providing a high level of customer service while representing the business on site.
- Working across South Yorkshire and surrounding regions with minimal staying away.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of installation, service, and commissioning.
- Experience with a variety of conventional and addressable systems (Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec, C-Tec, etc. experience advantageous).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

- Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience).
