Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Location: LE18, Leicestershire Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently looking to recruit three experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join our growing team based in LE18.

We are looking for

  • 2 x Air Conditioning Installation Engineers with 4-5+ years' industry experience.
  • 1 x Senior Air Conditioning Engineer with 6-8+ years' experience, who is also confident carrying out servicing and maintenance work when required.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of air conditioning systems across commercial and domestic sites.

The successful candidates will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.

The senior engineer will also support the service and maintenance team when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of split, multi-split, VRV and VRF air conditioning systems.
  • Commissioning newly installed equipment.
  • Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring all work complies with current industry regulations and company standards.
  • Completing all relevant job documentation.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.
  • (Senior Engineer) Carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault finding as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience installing air conditioning systems.
  • F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to travel to the LE18 office each morning.
  • Working Hours
  • 9-hour working days.
  • Travel
  • Engineers are required to make their own way to the LE18 office each morning before collecting a fully equipped company van.
  • 99% of work is within a 30-minute drive of the office, meaning very little long-distance travel.
  • Please note that travel time is not paid.
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
