We're looking for a Junior Secretary/PA to support our leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused, and ready to build their career in admin and e-commerce support.
Responsibilities
- Administrative & PA Support: Prepare and edit documents, emails, and notes with strong grammar and formatting; Manage diaries, book meetings, and handle appointment scheduling; Support with inbox management and follow-ups; Maintain organised digital filing and shared folders.
- Customer & Order Support: Respond to customer enquiries via email/DM professionally; Track orders, update customers, and liaise with couriers; Maintain CRM and order tracking spreadsheets.
- Recruitment & Team Support: Help schedule interviews and send confirmations; Follow up on candidate documents and onboarding tasks; Welcome visitors and support team meeting preparation.
- General Office Tasks: Support with office supplies, packaging, deliveries, and couriers; Assist with preparing meeting rooms on office days; Help organise small team events and supplier visits.
