Hairby Zindzi is expanding and we’re looking for motivated Customer Sales Assistants to join our growing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing beauty brand while gaining valuable experience in sales, customer service, and brand promotion. Whether you’re looking to start your career or develop new skills, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
- Confident communicating in English
- Available 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday)
- Friendly and approachable with customers
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Your Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers and representing the Hairby Zindzi brand
- Promoting and demonstrating our hair products and services
- Helping grow our customer base
- Delivering excellent customer experiences
- Working with a motivated and energetic team
- Contributing to both individual and team targets
Training & Development:
No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide:
- Full product and brand training
- Sales and communication coaching
- Mentorship from experienced team members

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, or promotions is helpful but not required.
