HBZ is recruiting Entry Level Sales Advisors for a growing client working across campaigns. This is a strong entry point for anyone looking to build a long‑term career in sales, customer service, or marketing. No experience is required as full HBZ training and ongoing coaching is provided from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting outbound telesales phone-based sales calls
  • Engaging with customers over the telephone in a professional manner
  • Promoting products and services clearly and confidently
  • Handling objections and converting leads into sales
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
  • Earning uncapped commission and incentives

What We’re Looking For
