About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll work alongside our team to support customer engagement, sales and promotional activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Representing clients and promoting products or services
- Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences
- Supporting sales and marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Learning and applying effective sales techniques
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Attending team meetings, training and development sessions
