Find the creators. Land the content. Move the revenue. Hairburst sits where beauty meets wellbeing. We design effective, habit‑forming hair growth solutions and the experiences that keep customers coming back. Clear routines, measurable results, products that earn a permanent spot in the bathroom.
We’re owner-operators. In 2014 our founders launched Hairburst with £4k; in 2021 the brand joined a FTSE-100 group (JD Sports); in 2023 the founders bought back 100% to build the company we always wanted to run. Today we’re in Boots, Superdrug and Holland & Barrett, on marketplaces and DTC across nine territories, backed by 1M+ customers. Now we’re scaling fast, and influencers need to lead those growth efforts.
Why this role matters
Influencers drive discovery, trust, and revenue for Hairburst. You’ll sit at the heart of it: building relationships, discovering the next wave of creators, and turning content into performance. This is a commercial role, not a vanity metrics role. You’ll make sure the right creators are talking about Hairburst, the right content goes live, and that it drives real, trackable revenue. When you’re good at this job, campaigns run smoothly. When you’re great, you move the revenue needle.
Who this works for
Early-career influencer marketers (1-2 years), or sharp graduates who understand social platforms, creator culture, and want a learn-the-business role that blends marketing, sales, operations and performance. We back potential over pedigree.
What you’ll own
- Influencer pipeline and outreach: Build and refresh the UK influencer pipeline weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. Outreach to influencers and talent managers with strong, tailored pitches. Manage gifting and sampling waves end-to-end.
- Influencer performance: Recruit and onboard new influencers to our affiliate programme. Manage codes, links, commissions. Monitor dashboards and upgrade low performance early.
- Content and campaign delivery: Support briefing, ensure deliverables land on time, track content going live, flag issues, maintain usage rights and deadlines.
- Relationship management: Be the day-to-day contact for influencers. Re‑engage top performers and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Reporting and insight: Track performance daily (engagement, clicks, conversions, revenue). Prepare clean weekly and monthly reports. Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform shifts.
- Process improvement: Spot inefficiencies in outreach, gifting, tracking or reporting. Test fixes and implement improvements.

- Gifting waves dispatched on time with high live‑rate on content
- Influencers onboarded quickly with product, active codes and clean tracking
- Consistent flow of content going live across product lines

About you
- Organised and reliable. Multiple relationships, deadlines, product send‑outs, codes, links. You keep it all straight.
- Proactive. You don’t wait to be told. You chase, you fix, you follow up early.
- Commercially minded. You think in terms of performance, ROI and revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Calm under pressure. Peak season, last‑minute briefs, urgent creator swaps. You stay steady.
- Social‑native. You understand TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and what makes content perform.
- Clear communicator. Clean emails, concise updates, strong communication with creators and internal teams.
- Data‑comfortable. You can navigate dashboards and turn numbers into insight.
- Curious and hungry. You want to understand how influencer marketing actually drives a DTC business.
Signals we’re looking for
- 1-2 years in influencer, social, performance or affiliate marketing, OR a graduate with evidence of organisation and impact (events, community, customer‑facing roles)
- Examples of outreach, campaigns, or partnerships you’ve supported or run
- Proof you’ve hit targets, deadlines, or project milestones under pressure
- Evidence of spotting and improving a broken process
- Strong understanding of creator culture and what makes content convert
