This is not a trend‑chasing influencer role. We are a problem–solution brand with a clear ambition: to own hair health. That means tackling real, emotional problems like hair loss, thinning and breakage with science-backed, evidence-based solutions and building trust with our audience over time. For us, influencer marketing is not about jumping on trends or chasing short‑term spikes. It is about education, credibility and long‑term growth.
We’re looking for a senior influencer leader who understands that creators are one of the most powerful ways to:
- Educate consumers on hair health
- Translate science into human stories
- Build belief, not just awareness
- Drive meaningful, measurable growth
If you believe influencer marketing should move minds as well as metrics, keep reading.
The role involves owning the UK influencer engine end-to-end while shaping how influencer marketing scales across our international markets. This role sits at the intersection of science, storytelling and performance. You’ll be responsible for building an influencer ecosystem that:
- Educates rather than just entertains
- Builds trust through credibility and consistency
- Supports our ambition to become the go‑to authority in hair health
This is a senior, hands‑on role with real ownership and accountability.
What you’ll own:
- Lead influencer marketing in the UK from strategy to execution: discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefing, activation and measurement.
- Build long‑term partnerships with creators who align with Hairburst’s problem‑solution, science‑led positioning.
- Translate complex hair science and product efficacy into clear, compelling creator‑led education.
- Set the creative and educational standard for influencer content, ensuring accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
- Continuously evolve how we onboard, brief and manage influencers to improve quality, trust and ROI.
- Build and manage a strong Hairburst ambassador programme rooted in credibility, not hype.
- Identify and nurture expert voices across hair, wellness and beauty who can reinforce our authority in hair health.
- Work closely with Brand, Social and Paid teams to ensure ambassadors and experts are integrated across campaigns, not siloed.
Global strategy & scaling:
- Act as the strategic lead for influencer marketing across international markets.
- Create frameworks and best practice that help local teams execute influencer marketing with consistency and credibility.
- Partner with International Marketing to track performance and scale what works.
- Balance global brand consistency with smart local adaptation.
Performance & commercial accountability:
- Own the UK influencer budget with clear accountability for impact.
- Measure success beyond vanity metrics, including CAC, ROI, conversion, retention and content effectiveness.
- Use data and insight to refine strategy and improve efficiency.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, creator behaviour and category trends and apply them in a way that supports long‑term brand authority.
Who this role is for:
- Understands influencer marketing as an education and trust channel, not just a trend engine.
- Is comfortable working with science‑led products and translating evidence into compelling content.
- Thinks commercially and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Wants to help build category leadership, not just run campaigns.
- Enjoys operating with autonomy, accountability and ambition.
This role is not for someone who:
- Chases trends without considering brand or credibility.
- Measures success purely in likes and reach.
- Wants a narrow, low‑ownership channel role.
Why Hairburst:
Hairburst is at a pivotal moment. We’ve built scale and awareness. Now we’re raising the bar — moving from promotion‑led to problem‑led, from noise to authority, from activity to impact. You’ll be part of a team that:
- Believes in building something meaningful and long‑term
- Values ownership, thinking and execution
- Gives senior hires real influence over direction, not just delivery
As we grow, so will the opportunity for you.
How to apply:
Please submit your CV + a short written response (max 200 words) answering the question below: Tell us about a time you had to deliver a high‑impact piece of work through influencers or partners while balancing multiple stakeholders (creators, internal teams, budgets, timelines).
