Hairburst is on a mission to help everyone achieve their healthiest, strongest, longest hair possible. What started as a single supplement has grown into a multi-category hair health brand spanning vitamins, haircare and cosmetics sold on DTC, retail, marketplaces and internationally. The business has evolved fast, the team has levelled up, and creativity is playing an even bigger role in how we show up as a brand — not just in how we look, but how we communicate, convert and build long-term loyalty.
We’re looking for a multi-disciplined Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team, reporting into our Creative Lead and working closely with both Brand and Commercial teams.
- Designing a wide range of assets across digital, print and above-the-line channels
- Creating on-brand, high-performing assets for organic social, paid social, email, website, marketplaces and e-commerce
- Supporting brand campaigns, launches and always-on storytelling
- Designing print and retail assets including POS, packaging components, inserts and OOH
- Collaborating closely with Brand, Commercial, Growth and Content teams to bring ideas to life
- Translating briefs into strong creative executions — and helping shape the brief when needed
- Maintaining and evolving our visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Managing multiple projects at once while keeping standards high and deadlines met
A strong all-round designer with experience across both digital and print. Comfortable switching between brand-led work and commercial/performance-driven assets. Someone who cares deeply about craft, detail and quality. Organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showing digital, print and campaign work
- Excellent skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in beauty, wellness, fashion or consumer brands
- Motion, video or social-first creative experience is a plus (but not essential)
