Roles and responsibilities:
Provide a range of professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling and blow-dries.
Carry out consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and salon presentation.
Manage appointments efficiently and ensure clients receive a welcoming, professional experience.
Recommend suitable haircare products and treatments to clients.
Work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive salon environment.
