The Salvation Army Driver Programmes is seeking a Service Delivery Operations Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership across Driver Programmes and locations. This hands-on role leads Coordinators and Administrators, plans workloads, strengthens processes and ensures high-quality service delivery to participants and communities.
You will collaborate with the Driver Programme Strategy Manager and Instructor Trainer & Testing Manager to translate strategy into everyday practice.
