Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience from order placement through to delivery.
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing the end-to-end order process, resolving queries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service levels are consistently achieved.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer supply chain and ordering teams.
- Managing customer orders through SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinating with Planning, Logistics, Commercial and Warehouse teams to support order fulfilment.
- Managing delivery queries, shortages, returns and customer service issues through to resolution.
- Producing customer reports, service scorecards and performance analysis using Excel.
- Identifying service risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Sales Administration or Supply Chain role.
- Previous experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
- FMCG, food manufacturing or related industry experience would be advantageous.
