As Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You’ll be a self-starter who’s passionate about performance marketing — spotting new opportunities, leveraging data, and driving ROI through innovative, results-oriented paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Implementation (20%)
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key social media platforms.
- Develop targeted strategies to reach and engage key audiences.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximise performance.
- Creative & Content Optimisation (5%)
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure content aligns with platform best practices.
- Provide creative performance insights and recommend improvements.
- Media Buying & Execution (40%)
- Manage paid media campaigns directly via platforms such as Meta and TikTok, or through agencies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation methods to enhance campaign performance.
- Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to deliver best-in-class ROI.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting (10%)
- Track and analyse campaign performance data.
- Deliver actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Use data to inform and refine future campaign strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
- Align paid media strategies with brand objectives and broader marketing plans.
- Work closely with Communications Teams to ensure consistent messaging and goals.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure digital activity supports overall business priorities.
- Trend Identification & Innovation (5%)
- Stay ahead of digital and social media trends.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms.
- Develop test-and-learn programs to drive innovation across our brands.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels — especially Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven, strategic mindset.
- Proactive, organised, and hands-on — with a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
