Location: Homebased / United Kingdom

Hain Celestial, producers of many household food brands such as Hartley’s, Ella’s Kitchen, Robertson’s, Sun-Pat, Yorkshire Provender, Cully & Sully, Linda McCartney’s, Farmhouse Fare and many more, are looking for a proactive and detail-driven National Account Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will support the Head of Sales, Customer Controllers, and Customer Managers to maximise sustainable, profitable growth across Hain brands and Retail Own Label.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident working cross-functionally, and able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts and maintaining all required administration in line with internal processes and customer guidelines. Compliance with Competition Law is essential at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate internal and customer administration, including volume forecasts, promotional loading and accruals, EPOS tracking, invoice price alignment, and new line form creation.
  • Develop expert knowledge of customer systems and processes, ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner.
  • Deliver sales and promotional reporting and analysis (Budget vs. YOY), providing insights to build a robust P&L.
  • Analyse customer EPOS data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Work cross-functionally across the business, including:
  • Category: Reviewing market data alongside customer EPOS.
  • NPD & Marketing: Completing NPD administration and supporting customer shopper activation proposals.
  • Logistics: Providing accurate forecasts to support supply continuity.
  • Commercial Finance: Monitoring spend against budget.
Education & Experience
  • A-Levels required; Degree-level qualification preferred.
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a comparable industry.
  • Experience within sales or a commercial environment, with broad product and process understanding.

  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Effective project management capabilities.
  • Results-focused with the ability to work at pace.
  • Commercially aware with confidence dealing with customers.
  • Proven track record in building strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Scope & Accountability
  • Indirect management of agreed spend.
  • Contribute positively towards NSV, EBITDA, and Balanced Scorecard targets.
  • Approve customer invoices within pre-agreed budgets.
  • Update sales forecasts with guidance from the Customer Manager.
  • Complete promotion nominations in line with Finance/Category/Marketing guidelines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly customer performance reports.
  • Maintain awareness of customer and competitor landscapes, sharing insights internally.
