Hain Celestial is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor and a Distribution Deputy Supervisor at our Clitheroe site. The roles involve managing daily distribution duties, reporting to the Senior Distribution Supervisor, and following directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all load sheets and stock sheets are correctly filled
- Ensure all paperwork is printed correctly
- Complete distribution administrative tasks timely
- Control staff rota (hours, holidays, sick leave)
- Attend daily management meetings and update on department
- Coordinate with production to ensure stock readiness
- Liaise with delivery drivers for loading/unloading
- Load/unload vehicles and check stock
- Manage team effectively
- Support senior supervisor with effluent plant management
- Deal with contractors
