Join Our Commercial Team
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Customer Executive to join our Hot Eat Desserts commercial team.
Reporting to the Customer Controller – Hot Eat Desserts, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of one of our exciting own label categories.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial career within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Working closely with a wide range of internal teams and major UK retailers, you'll help deliver excellent customer service, drive commercial performance, and support the successful execution of our growth plans.
There is also the opportunity to take ownership of smaller customer accounts and contribute to new business development as your experience grows.
What You'll Be Doing
As Customer Executive, you'll support the day-to-day management of our customer accounts, including:
- Supporting the Customer Controller in delivering our "Brilliant Basics" across promotional administration, new product launches, customer finance administration, in-store analysis and commercial projects.
- Assisting with the management of customer accounts to deliver agreed sales, volume, profit, distribution and NPD objectives.
- Supporting the development and delivery of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs), monitoring performance and updating plans throughout the year.
- Producing sales forecasts, reports and commercial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
- Helping implement customer promotional programmes within agreed commercial and marketing guidelines.
- Supporting annual customer agreements, cost price increases (CPIs), debt management and project delivery.
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Working Across the Business
- You'll collaborate closely with teams across Hain Celestial, including:
- Category – analysing market data and creating compelling customer presentations.
- Marketing & NPD – supporting successful product launches.
- Supply Chain & Logistics – ensuring continuity of supply and managing customer requirements.
- Commercial Finance – managing customer spend, invoice approvals and budget compliance.
- Technical, Operations and Manufacturing – working together to deliver outstanding service and execution.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree-level education preferred.
- Experience working with UK grocery retailers in a customer-facing commercial role.
- Sales experience, ideally within FMCG.
- Experience supporting or managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Experience of branded and retailer own label products is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Results-focused with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
About the Role
You’ll contribute towards delivering sales, volume and profitability targets while supporting excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales value, volume and delivered gross margin performance.
- Managing customer spend within agreed budgets.
- Approving customer invoices in line with agreed processes.
- Supporting promotional planning and execution.
- Producing weekly and monthly customer performance reports.
- Monitoring customer and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider business.
- Travel Requirements
This is a home-based role with regular travel, including
- Frequent travel to our Hot Eat Desserts manufacturing site in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
- Travel to customer head offices across the UK.
- Occasional visits to other Hain Celestial UK locations.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required.
