Als Stellvertretende Technische Leitung (m/w/d) begleiten Sie zunächst die derzeitige Technische Leitung am Produktionsstandort Schwerin. In den nächsten Jahren – mit dem geplanten Übergang in den Ruhestand des aktuellen technischen Leiters – bereiten wir Sie gezielt darauf vor, die Gesamtverantwortung für den technischen Bereich zu übernehmen. Sie entwickeln sich somit Schritt für Schritt in eine zentrale Führungsrolle und stellen langfristig die technische Betriebsfähigkeit des Standorts sicher.

Zukünftige Rolle:
- Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Leitung und Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit am Standort
- Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Hygiene- und Umweltstandards sowie aller technischen Vorgaben (inkl. VDI 2047)
- Steuerung von Instandhaltung, Fehleranalysen, Reparaturen und vorbeugenden Maßnahmen
- Optimierung von Wartungs-, Produktions- und technischen Prozessen im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Kosten
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Teams sowie Planung des Personaleinsatzes
- Verantwortung für technische Investitionen sowie Mitwirkung bei Budget- und Jahreszielplanung
- Pflege der technischen Dokumentation sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
Qualifikation / Talent:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Fachstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automation von Industrieanlagen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation eines Teams
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
