ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE – vielseitig, wie unser Produktportfolio
- Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des QM-Teams
- Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des gesamten Qualitätsmanagementsystems (HACCP, IFS Food, VLOG, Bio, Koscher)
- Sicherstellung der Produktqualität, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben
- Qualitative Begleitung der Produktion: Hygienestandards, Laborergebnisse und Prozesskontrollen
- Analyse von Kundenreklamationen, Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen & nachhaltige Verbesserung der Prozesse
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Audits
- Erstellung, Pflege und Freigabe qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentation
- Qualifizierung, Bewertung und Steuerung von Lieferanten, Co-Packern und Auftragslaboren
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden, Zertifizierungsstellen, Kunden und interne Stakeholder
QUALIFIZIERUNG / TALENT – erlesen, wie die Zutaten unserer Produkte
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in QM-Systemen, HACCP, IFS und Lebensmittelrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch und sichere Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
