Our client is a very successful manufacturing business and due to internal promotion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Office Administrator / Receptionist.
The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide reliable administration support for the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Effectively process incoming Customer Service calls for the business.

Provide administrative support to the team including printing, scanning documents, and maintaining electronic filing systems.

Prepare meeting rooms and provide a professional welcome to all visitors to the site.

Co-ordinate / organise contractors and visitors to the site.

Update and maintain employee training records.
-
Other duties as and when required.
Candidate:
You will be a reliable and accurate office administrator, preferably with previous experience in a similar role. You will be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft) are essential.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday, Flexible
