Our client is a market leading manufacturer of commercial catering equipment and due to expansion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Field Service Engineer.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for assisting with the installation, service, and repair of commercial catering equipment.
The Role:
The Field Service Engineer will install and maintain commercial catering equipment for a varied client base ranging from SMEs to multinational companies.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your duties will include:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of a range of commercial catering equipment
- Attend breakdowns and deliver effective fault find and repair work
- Ensure all service details are accurately recorded on the service log
Candidate:
You will have at least 3 years of experience in service maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment.
Applicants will hold valid Comcat 1-2-3 & 5 certification, and applicants with F-gas certification would be beneficial.
The role will cover the southern UK, and you will be required to stay away from home one or two nights per week.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours plus OT.
Benefits:
Excellent basic salary £43K – £45K + OT
Gross earnings between £55K – £60K

33 days annual leave
