Our client is a leading fire protection company providing fire detection and suppression equipment. Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Fire Extinguisher and Alarm Engineer. The successful candidate will be a Fire Extinguisher and Alarm Engineer with at least 3 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a field service engineer and be responsible for planned and reactive service and repair of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the Essex area.
- Service & repair fire extinguishers.
- Service and repair of fire alarm systems including Morley, Protec, GENT and others.
- Inspection and testing of emergency lighting.
- Upselling and cross selling of fire safety and ancillary products.
- Producing accurate reports and documentation.
Candidate
You will be an experienced Fire Extinguisher and Alarm engineer with at least three years experience. This is a superb opportunity for long term career progression and increased earnings potential. Preferably BAFE and/or FIA trained. Must hold a UK Driving licence with a maximum of 6 points. In addition, the role is based in the Essex area.
