CTO/Head of technology

The Company Hailo is a pioneering faith-tech startup,revolutionising how Churches understand and serve their congregations through AI. Hailos innovation provides believers with hyper-personalised support, scripture and services, whilst providing Church Leaders with AI data-driven insights and AI-generated solutions to improve their sermons, pastoral care and outreach activities, so they more accurately meet with the needs of their communities. \\n\\n Our Founder & CEO is a 3x exited entrepreneur across both technology and service-based businesses.

Having operated as a Founder, Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisor across several technology businesses from pre-revenue through to 100m ARR, over the past decade he has gained valuable insights into starting, scaling and exiting businesses across a multitude of sectors and verticals. With a small founding team, we are now looking for an experienced CTO who can build exceptional AI and SaaS consumer-facing products, who is passionate about our mission, and embodies the values of the company. \\n\\n Outstanding record of building exceptional technology products across B2B, B2B2C and B2C channels.

\\n~ Go-getting executer, who can conceptualise ideas and utilise their technical skills and talents for turning ideas into tangible user-friendly products that achieve PMF. \\n~ Gap bridge builder between internal clarity and external execution, either through working directly with agencies to complete MVP and handover, and/or building products, features and functionality from a lean foundation. \\n~ Direct hands on experience in using and building AI/ML/LLM and SaaS products.

\\n~Experience of building global products, accommodating for different cultures, user expectations and languages (advantageous). \\n~ Passionate about faith-tech and the impact our product will have on the Christian community. \\n\\n\\n The opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the companies direction and success as CTO \\n~ This is a full-time commitment, and to build a startup requires a healthy amount of optimism and hard work.

Hybrid working, ideally East Midlands or London-based.
