Overview
Storeperson — Permanent; Part-time, Term time plus 2 weeks. Closing date: 2 October 2025 at 12 noon.
Haileybury is seeking to appoint a Storeperson for the Housekeeping Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient, effective and high-quality ordering and stock control system for domestic cleaning services to ensure allocated areas of the School are cleaned to a high standard.
- Carry out lifting and manual handling as required; be familiar with the procedures for these activities. Training will be provided where required.
- Have a full driving licence and be able to drive a small van.
- Support stores and stock control activities with good administration and organisational standards; attention to detail is essential.
Requirements / Role details
- This part-time position involves working 15 hours per week, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, term-time plus 2 weeks (35 weeks). Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.
- Previous stores or stock control experience in a similar role is advantageous, however full training will be given.
