The Operations Assistant will work as part of the Estates – Operations Department in the provision of services across the site in support of effective day-to-day operations, with the delivery of an exceptional level of customer service. The post-holder will be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach and willingness to respond to varying demands are key to thriving in this role.
The successful candidate is required to hold a full UK driving licence. Proven experience in facilities, security, domestic services, or post-room operations is essential, along with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols. Experience in a school or educational setting, a First Aid qualification, or SIA Security Training would be advantageous.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern to ensure operational cover throughout the year.
