Overview
Haileybury UK is seeking a Teacher of Physics to join our Science Department. The role is permanent, full‑time and commences September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Teach and inspire pupils from Year 7 to Upper Sixth in Physics.
- Develop and implement engaging science curriculum beyond specification requirements.
- Lead projects such as the Haileybury CubeSat Programme and support pupils in national competitions like the British Physics Olympiad.
- Provide support and guidance to pupils across all year groups.
Qualifications
- Degree level in Physics or a related subject.
- Ability to teach Physics at A level (IB Diploma experience desirable).
- Passion for fostering lifelong learning and stretching pupils beyond the curriculum.
- Experience in teaching science to a wide range of pupils is an advantage.
