HAIL Partners is working with a global Private Equity firm who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build their career within a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for coordinating and booking travel for investment team members
- Provide support to the wider EA team
- Assist with general administrative tasks supporting day-to-day operations
- Provide holiday and absence cover for other Executive Assistants
- Offer occasional reception support as required (there is currently a Receptionist so will only be covered if needed)
- Work closely with other UK team assistants, where collaboration, flexibility, and a team-first mindset is essential to success in the role.
