I’m currently partnering with a global alternative investment firm on an exciting opportunity based at their headquarters in Mayfair. This is a fantastic chance to join a high-performing, client-facing environment where no two days are the same and the standards are exceptionally high.
Location: Mayfair, London
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (office-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Manage meeting room bookings and conference room schedules
- Arrange domestic and international couriers
- Keep the reception area and conference rooms tidy and presentable
- Answer and forward phone calls promptly
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
