About the Role

This is an Investor Relations EA position primarily supporting an MD who heads up fundraising. This will be a busy, high demand role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in an organised, fast paced environment. This is a fully office based role.

Responsibilities

  • Senior EA Support: Managing busy schedules and communications across multiple time zones
  • Global Roadshows: Coordinating complex, senior-level roadshows and investor days
  • Travel Management: Arranging international travel, with attendance at AGMs and Investor Days as required

Required skills

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • At least 1 year's experience as an EA within an Investor Relations team
  • Experience within private equity or a similar environment
