Our client, a prestigious private family office, is seeking a highly capable
Personal Assistant
to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a
High Net Worth Individual (HNWI)
. This is a pivotal role based at the client\’s private residence in
Belgravia
, with hybrid flexibility during travel periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a dynamic personal and professional calendar
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including private and international travel
  • Oversee daily household operations and manage domestic staff (chef, housekeepers, etc.)
  • Assist with planning and coordinating private events and social engagements
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day support with discretion and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    10 years\’ experience
    as a Private or Personal Assistant within a private household or family office setting
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain composed under pressure
  • Experience managing and liaising with household staff and third-party vendors
  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills
