HAIL Partners are working on an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Private Personal Assistant to join a HNWI, supporting in a private capacity.

This role is based in Central / West London, but will require flexibility to travel when required.

This position requires proficiency in French.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing expenses and budgets for multiple properties, liaising with vendors and property managers, ensuring vendors are paid on time and that records are kept. Keeping records of any rentals.
  • Household management, including administration pertaining to running a household.
  • Booking, scheduling and organising travel logistics seamlessly and to a high standard.
  • Frequently monitoring and acting instantly on any travel changes when they arise.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the Founder's business and personal life and all existing projects to ensure that you are proactively supporting and pre-empting needs.
  • Working collaboratively with the corporate Executive Assistants to ensure flawless support through successful teamwork.
  • Managing household staff.
  • Handling highly confidential work on the Founder's personal finances, setting up payments, managing cash flow and balances.
  • Assisting with Founder's family needs.
  • Booking all personal appointments.
  • Maintaining fast communication across various mediums: WhatsApp, Email, Telephone, etc.

Requirements:

  • Resilience
  • Fluent French speaking
  • Previous experience handling finances.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in accordance to the needs of the family
  • Experience in dealing with direct and strong personalities
  • A strong desire to become a true partner with the family and their business
  • A team player, experience working with business EA's and developing relationships
  • Flexible to travel as required
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet and confidential.
  • Complete flexibility to support out of hours as required and 24/7 availability
  • Reliable
  • Ability to grasp the urgency of situations naturally, to prioritise and behave proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and a problem solver
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of confidential information
  • A proven track record of demonstrating longevity, building trust and supporting at an intricate level
