About the Company
Based in stunning offices in Mayfair, this is a global Private Equity house with a great reputation across Europe and the US. The London office maintains a highly collegiate, team oriented atmosphere where the executive support team are very valued and viewed as a vital part of the firm’s success.
This is a Team Assistant position supporting a team of approximately six investment professionals, sitting within a wider EA function. This role offers a great work life balance and the opportunity to expand your skillset, from working alongside experienced EAs. This role is fully office based.
- Travel Booking: Arranging travel for junior members of the investment team
- Acting as a flexible resource across the wider EA team, picking up delegated tasks and ad hoc duties
- Providing support to the reception function if needed
- Assisting with lunch orders and similar office coordination tasks
- Holiday Cover: Stepping in to cover for other assistants during periods of absence
